1. Data controller
Dispo is published by Raphaël Herrera, Geneva, Switzerland. Ludovic Marie handles privacy contacts at ludovic@dispoapp.net.
2. Data we process
Depending on the features you use, Dispo processes:
- identity and contact data: name, handle and email address;
- musician profile data: instruments, genres, experience, repertoire, availability, country, postal code and city;
- published content: profile photo, showcase videos, SOS requests, bands, sessions, setlists and documents;
- communications: private and group messages, photos, compressed videos, attachments, reactions and information required for editing, deletion, delivery and read status;
- social data: follows, collaborations, blocks, reports and applications;
- technical identifiers required for accounts, security, realtime updates and push notifications, if you enable them;
- purchase information supplied by Apple to establish related entitlements. Dispo does not receive payment card details.
When you ask Dispo to fill your location automatically, it may use location supplied by the device to suggest a country, postal code or city. This data is not used for advertising or continuous background tracking.
3. How we use data
We use data to create and secure accounts, display profiles, match SOS requests with compatible musicians, organize sessions and bands, enable conversations and media, deliver the notifications you choose, provide available features, answer support requests and moderate content. Depending on the activity, processing is based on providing the requested service, legitimate interests in protecting the platform, legal obligations or your consent.
4. Hosting and recipients
Application data is hosted by Supabase in Europe, in the Zurich region according to the project configuration. Apple processes app distribution, in-app purchases and push notification delivery under its own terms. We do not sell personal data. Data may be disclosed to providers required to operate the service, authorities where legally required, or as part of a legal transaction involving Dispo.
Visibility
Information published in a profile or SOS request is visible to other users according to app settings and features. Private messages and files are limited to participants; group messages and files are limited to band members, subject to access strictly required for safety, support and service operation.
5. Retention and security
Data is kept for as long as needed to operate the account and conversations, then deleted or anonymized when no longer required, subject to legal retention periods, abuse prevention, technical backups and dispute resolution. Server-side access controls restrict access to profiles, bands, messages and files.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to certain processing. You can edit many details in the app, manage your own messages with the controls available in your version, and delete your account from Profile → My account.
To exercise a right, email ludovic@dispoapp.net. We may request proof of identity where necessary. You may also contact your competent data protection authority.
7. Children and changes
Dispo is not intended for anyone below the age required to validly consent to data processing in their country. This policy may change as the service evolves; the date at the top shows the latest update.
